Hi, I’m Julie — founder of Team Mom Essentials.
With over 18 years of experience as a team mom across multiple sports, I’ve supported three student-athletes through every stage of their journey—from early practices and long game days to travel seasons, college recruitment, Senior Night, and beyond.
Along the way, I’ve developed proven systems for organizing team dinners, managing volunteers, and coordinating events like Homecoming, Senior Night, and other community experiences—all while running efficient, budget-conscious programs.
What began as simply helping out has grown into a structured, strategic approach to team support—one that prioritizes organization, communication, and community.
Team Mom Essentials was created to provide practical tools, checklists, and real-life guidance for team moms who want to lead with confidence and create a seamless experience for players, families, and coaches.
My goal is to simplify the role, elevate the experience, and help every team mom feel prepared, supported, and capable from day one.
